The Lahore High Court on Friday ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to issue red warrants against owner of a visa consultancy firm, Asim Malik, who managed to escape abroad despite his name was placed on exit control list (ECL). Earlier, FIA Director General Anwar Virk appeared before the court and informed that there were reports about the escape of the accused.
